Sales Policy

In regards to all sales done in person at our physical store or with our sales personnel. 

All goods sold are non-refundable. When confirming a product to order, a deposit of at least 50% of the total price has to be paid. In event the customer/client changes his mind, this deposit is non-refundable and the goods that was ordered would become the property of Far East Gems & Jewellery. 

When creating a customized order, a deposit of at least 50% of the total estimated price has to be paid.
