We welcome selected offers with strong visual appeal and a clear asking price. Please send your best pieces rather than a full inventory catalogue. Start with up to three of your strongest offers, with one item per submission.

What to include

The item: gemstone or jewellery type, weight, dimensions, shape and your stock reference. For jewellery, include metal, size and condition.
Clear media: unedited photographs and a short video showing the actual piece in daylight or neutral lighting. Include indoor lighting for a colour-change stone. Share a view-only link we can open.
Identity and disclosures: state whether natural or laboratory-created, any treatments, damage or repairs, and any origin claim. Write “Unknown” where you do not know.
Documentation: laboratory name, report number and a report link if available. Tell us if there is no report. A report is useful supporting information; we still assess the individual piece.
Your best asking price: give the total price and currency. State whether shipping, insurance, tax or other charges are included, excluded or not yet quoted.
Availability: your name, business, contact details, goods location and any price expiry date.

How we review offers

We consider appearance, the available information, asking price and how the piece fits our current selection. We will contact you if we would like more information or an inspection. A submission does not confirm a purchase or reserve a viewing appointment.

Please offer only goods you own or are authorised to sell. Wait for our written agreement before sending goods or visiting with them.
